What youll be doing with us: As the Restaurant Manager for Seven North London, you are responsible for the management of the full restaurant operation. You will be developing trainings, SOPs and gaining insight in possibilities to improve team dynamics and efficiency. You will carry P&L responsibility and will maximize guest experience. In addition to this, you will be the face of the restaurant, leading and directing your Assistant Restaurant Manager, and team of Supervisors, Bartenders, Waiter/ess, Host/ess, and more. The key to success within this role, will be to keep a track of productivity, conduct and encourage on-the-job trainings to increase our guest satisfaction. As our Restaurant Manager, you should embrace social media, feeling confident both in posting content and effectively managing our online social and booking platforms. Job requirements We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and professional Restaurant Manager with demonstrated experience within destination restaurant management. The successful candidate will be a solution focused restaurant professional who has a hands on approach. Comprehensive understanding of food trends, and industry best practices, with the ability to translate insights into innovative F&B concepts and offerings. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build strong relationships, and foster a positive work environment. Excellent financial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets, analyse financial data, and drive revenue growth and profitability. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
