Job Advertisement: We are a well-established residential company with a strong presence across London, currently seeking an experienced Externals Site Manager to join our team for a multi-phased project in South East London.
Oversee and manage all external works on the site, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors involved in external works, including facades, roofing, landscaping, and groundwork.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Liaise with the project manager and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of external works with the overall construction programme.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
Proven experience as an Externals Site Manager or similar role in residential construction.
Strong understanding of external works, including facades, roofing, and landscaping.
Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
Experience in managing multi-phased projects is highly desirable.
