The Job My client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking a QA Lead Engineer to drive quality assurance practices across their product software engineering team. In this role, you'll lead the charge in shaping and embedding a QA philosophy, overseeing both manual and automated testing processes, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable products. This position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact, helping the team transition towards full automation while mentoring and managing a small team of QA professionals.

You are a driven QA professional with a strong background in manual and automated testing, capable of advocating for a quality-first mindset. You enjoy working in agile, cross-functional teams and have the technical expertise to lead a small team while driving improvements in quality assurance processes.
Proven experience with manual and automated testing , with tools like Playwright for end-to-end testing.
Hands-on experience with AWS and API testing .
Proficiency with MySQL and creating database queries.
Familiarity with Git and standard engineering tools and workflows.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members.

Be a key part of a team transitioning to full automation , driving cutting-edge QA practices.
Collaborate with a diverse and talented team, fostering continuous learning and development .

Salary : Annual salary up to £90,000 + 10% Bonus and comprehensive benefits package
Flexible 1-day hybrid working, with an office in central London available.
