Contracts Manager, Senior Manager

A growing and well established contractor are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their company. The role is based in their Central London office near Oxford Circus with hybrid working working on refurbishment both private and public sectors from £50k to £1m.

Location: Oxford Circus with hybrid working

Projects: Subcontractor management - assessment, onboarding, prestart, onsite, close out
• Client stakeholder communication, meetings, and expectation management
• Ensure quality standards are agreed, set, and met - build in quality
• JCT contract knowledge, RFI’s issued and closed out
• Handover - complete and deliver successful project handovers to Clients incl O&M
• Ensure the project is delivered on time, on spec, on quality, safely and in budget

Or trade & site management background
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos aware - preferred
Valid Driving Licence is required
