BMS Operations Supervisor: Control the Building automation of a large operational estate on the outskirts of Cambridge City Centre. A leading organisation with a large operational estate is seeking a passionate and results-oriented BMS Supervisor to join their growing Building Management Systems (BMS) team. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and sustainable operation of their extensive portfolio of buildings. What you'll do:

  • BMS Supervisor to lead the control, monitoring, maintenance, and upgrade of BMS assets.
  • Maintain optimal environmental conditions across the entire estate.
  • Maximise energy savings through strategic BMS configuration and plant control.
  • Design, specify, install, and commission BMS systems for upgrades and new buildings.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to your team and other departments.
  • Supervise maintenance technicians, plant operators, and contractors on BMS projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest energy-saving technologies and implement them.
What you bring:
  • A BMS Supervisor or BMS technician with in-depth knowledge and experience with TREND BMS infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to supervise maintenance teams for at least 5 years.
  • Excellent communication and written skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to teamwork, initiative, and customer service.
  • Industry-standard qualifications like TREND SET tool and/or BCIA.
