Tutor - Chemistry

We are looking for a Tutor - Chemistry to join our team.

As a Tutor for Chemistry at Kaplan International College London (KIC London), you will join our successful team and provide stimulating, effective teaching to international students preparing to study on undergraduate and/or postgraduate programmes at universities across the UK. We’re looking for individuals with a strong English language teaching background and with an ability to engage students and adapt to current learning technologies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Chemistry Tutor/Teacher, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

Tutor - Chemistry - What you’ll bring to the role

Experience of teaching to post 16 students (a teaching qualification would be an advantage)

The ability to develop and update innovative teaching material that engages all students

*

A strong commitment to continuous professional development and a proven track record of using this to enhance the student experience

*

Demonstrable experience of using technology to inform teaching practice and a willingness to embrace innovations

*

A Post Graduate qualification but strong first degree or relevant professional experience will be considered

*

If teaching English language, then a DELTA or equivalent qualification. Those with CELTA plus relevant experience will also be considered.
