My client, who is an acclaimed country house hotel in North Wales, are looking for a Junior Sous Chef.Great role for Junior Sous or experienced Senior CDP to take a forward step in their career, working closely with the senior team. Either way we have an enticing opportunity for you. This is an a mazing opportunity for the right candidate. High-end, luxury country house hotel in North Wales. The hotel is currently in the process of being sold, with the new owners showing a lot of desire to grow the business, invest and develop this already brilliant site. If you're passionate about food and obsessed with delivering top-notch dining experiences, this one's for you where you'll play a central role in their gastronomic journey. Your role would include maintaining standards within the kitchen, training junior staff and running the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence. Starting salary 30-32k, plus tronc of £3-5K depending on experience. Working 5 days over 7. 28 days holiday per year. The hotel holds an AA three-rosette and Michelin Green Star fine dining restaurant. Live in accommodation is available. Immediate starts available, great team.
