We’re seeking a hands-on and results-driven xHEV Performance Test Engineer to join our growing Performance Attributes team. This role is focused on executing on-track and on-road performance testing across a range of electrified vehicle architectures, including xHEV and BEV platforms.

You’ll work closely with Performance Attribute Engineers, Test Engineers, and Technical Specialists to validate and refine vehicle performance metrics. Your contributions will directly support the delivery of competitive and brand-aligned performance across future Jaguar Land Rover products.

As a Performance Test Engineer, you will:

Conduct performance attribute testing across various vehicle platforms, including high-voltage systems and hybrid/electric powertrains.
Troubleshoot vehicle systems and logging equipment to ensure accurate data capture.
Analyse test data and generate clear, actionable reports to support attribute development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align test results with performance targets.
