Role: Paid Media Manager Department: Marketing
addmustard is an award-winning brand, marketing, and technology agency for entrepreneurs.
We add the strategic and creative firepower of an advertising agency, to the precision and incision of a digital marketing agency, to the flexibility of an in-house team.
A team of 35 brilliant marketing, data, brand, and tech experts – a core team based in Brighton and Soho, supported by a wider network of specialists from around the world.
And we are world-class at creating value in our clients’ businesses and brands.
Our brand and culture is bold, precise, energetic and irreverent. As for your talents, we’re after a rare beast: someone with razor-sharp analytical thinking, a flair for performance strategy, a creative spark when it comes to ad copy and messaging, and the discipline to manage campaigns precisely and forensically, like a pro. Own performance. Dive into client accounts and performance, beyond campaigns and competitor landscapes to uncover meaningful opportunities that drive measurable results across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and emerging digital media platforms.
Get under the skin of the brand. Understand each client’s brand positioning, unique selling points, messages, trust signals, voice, tone, goals and customer mindset to create paid media strategies that not only perform—but convert the right audiences.
Craft creative, data-informed media plans and campaign structures that scale. Then optimise relentlessly, testing everything from copy to audiences to creative formats.
You see performance media as a growth lever, not a spend line.
Whether you’re building a deck, writing ad copy, presenting strategy or explaining results, you know how to make performance storytelling compelling, concise, and client-ready.
Work hand-in-hand with our strategists, designers, developers and content team to create campaigns that are joined-up, distinctive and impactful.
You’ll want to live and breathe our clients’ businesses, their brands and the attitude of the entrepreneurs behind them. Energetically and creatively researching and planning new campaigns, platforms and audiences – diving deep into data, competitors, targeting options and creative approaches to uncover what will make a campaign fly.
Translating client goals into smart, focused media briefs that are insight-led, actionable and relentlessly performance-driven.
Crafting performance stories that cut through – whether it’s a killer strategy, a pitch-worthy media plan, or results that show the real value behind the numbers.
Joining the dots between performance data and audience insights – using numbers, behaviours, and market trends to sharpen strategies and boost results.
Managing paid media projects from end to end – from planning and build, through live optimisation, to post-campaign reporting – always keeping clients and internal teams in the loop.
Equally, we are always open, honest, innovative and hard working in everything we do for our entrepreneurial clients, our team and our network.
We’ve built (and are very proud of) our completely flat and integrated organisational structure – we don’t care where the good ideas come from, as long as they can be turned into something extraordinary and tangible.
To deliver value increases in our clients businesses that you can be proud of by helping entrepreneurs, their teams and families to realise their dreams and goals.
To work alongside and be trained by industry experts at the forefront of brand, marketing and technology.
We are open, honest and transparent, sharing financial, team, and client performance with the whole agency.
Flexi time: flexible working hours and hybrid working structure, sharing your time between working from home and our offices in eclectic Soho and Brighton’s Laines.
An (over)active social life: regular lunches, dinners, ad-hoc team events and now and then, holidays.
If we’ve piqued your interest, you can send your CV and cover letter to talent@addmustard.Please, no agencies.
