Responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, this individual ensures that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and contributes to maintaining the reputation of our establishment for exceptional seafood cuisine.
Prepare and cook seafood dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards
Supervise commis chefs and kitchen assistants in your section
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety regulations
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and costing under the guidance of the Head Chef
Contribute creative ideas for menu improvement and seasonal specials
Ensure all dishes leaving your section are of high quality and plated attractively
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or relevant role in a seafood-focused kitchen
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train junior staff members
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
