The Role: Field Service Engineer

  • Perform routine and non-routine preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns to minimise downtime.
  • Provide technical support for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Evaluate fault reports, identify issues, and implement solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organised laboratory environment, adhering to safety and operational standards.

The Candidate:

  • Strong knowledge of Scientific instrumentation systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work autonomously within established guidelines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with customers.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
