Associate Project Manager - CDM – Worcester - Hybrid Working
Associate Project Manager / Junior Project required to join a pioneering engineering company specializing in the design and installation of cutting-edge test equipment.

My client is seeking someone who has previous experience planning of CDM projects. A Project Engineer, Project Planner, Associate looking for a step up would be ideal.

As the successful Project Manager you will be responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of projects. This role would be primarily suited to someone who has experience of running multi-faceted projects with a mix of internal equipment and specialist contractors. A working knowledge of CDM (construction, design and management) would be advantageous to the role, with demonstrable skills in achieving tight project schedules.

The role will require travel to customer sites in the UK and overseas, with occasional visits to the office, therefore a full UK license is essential for this role.

Check project feasibility
~ Carry out planning, setting objectives, defining roles and producing schedules using MS Projects.
~ Select, lead, and motivate the project team - both internal and external stakeholders.
~ Ensure the project is running to time and budget. Identify and manage risks.
~ Carry out monitoring and control activities to track the progress of the project.
~Previous project planning or project management experience for CDM projects either within facilities build, M&E, building services or engineering.
Qualified to HNC / Degree level in mechanical or electrical engineering
Will have previous experience running multi-faceted projects.
IOSH, COSHH or SMSTS is highly desirable.
