A well-established IFA firm in Marlow is seeking a mid-to-senior level Paraplanner to join their growing team. The Opportunity: You’ll work in a dedicated pod structure (1 Adviser, 1 Paraplanner, 1 Administrator), supporting an experienced Chartered Adviser and focusing on high-net-worth clients. This is a career paraplanner role, not a stepping stone into advice, ideal for someone who enjoys being client-facing and technically involved without the pressure of sales or new business targets. Key Responsibilities: Attend and support client meetings alongside advisers Conduct in-depth research and write detailed suitability reports Perform cashflow modelling and technical analysis Collaborate closely with administrators (no admin duties required) Maintain accurate records using industry-standard platforms About You: Level 4 qualified (or close to completion with a strong commitment to finish) Experienced in a paraplanning role, ideally within an IFA environment Confident, self-sufficient, and adaptable to change Friendly, professional, and a strong team player Comfortable in a client-facing capacity What’s on Offer: Competitive salary up to £50,000 Annual bonus (~5%) Hybrid working (2 days remote on a 6-week rota)25 days holiday + bank holidays Cash plan, health plan, and life assurance (up to £200k) Free on-site parking Supportive, close-knit team in a modern, welcoming office environment Full CPD and exam support This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that values its people, encourages collaboration, and delivers exceptional service to its clients.
