Contract: Fixed Term - 12 MonthsWe are seeking a Roofing Labourer to join our team. We are a leading provider of affordable homes in London, the South-East, and surrounding areas, managing 50,000 homes for over 100,000 customers. Our mission is to provide safe and decent homes for our customers to thrive, enjoy their surroundings, and contribute to the community.As a Roofing Labourer, you will work within our Property Services Team to maintain, repair, and enhance our homes to the highest standards.Responsibilities:- Support and undertake repairs under senior staff supervision- Deliver high-level customer service consistently- Assist with setting up and cleaning job sites- Provide labor support for the roofing teamQualifications:- Some knowledge of tools- Interest in roofing with a desire to progress in the trade- Full UK Driving Licence- Punctual and reliable- Strong team player with a good work ethicBenefits:- Pension- 26 days holiday- Sick pay- Ability to Buy & sell annual leaveDiversity and inclusion are key to our Group.
