Overview of the Role:

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customers when they need help with our software. Your primary role will be to troubleshoot reported issues, answer questions, and help ensure customers have a great experience. You don’t need to have all the answers upfront – as long as you are willing to learn and know how to find solutions, you’ll thrive in this role.

Whether you’re resolving technical issues or guiding customers through various processes, you'll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly.

*Please note that this role will require periodic out-of-hours work to support our customers.
