Customer Success Executive

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Demonstrable experience (1-2 years’ or more) in managing B2B client relationships from being in a similar role (this could be in another ‘Customer Success’ role, or similar such as Sales, Account Manager, Business Development, etc).
- Mostly happy in an office based role, but with opportunities for occasional travel, such as to client meetings and industry events.
- NICE TO HAVE – any kind of scientific / engineering / technology related knowledge (whether from academic background or work experience, or personal interests). If not, simply an interest in working in a STEM related domain would suffice
SUMMARY:
This biotech business, start-up sized but well-backed and rapidly growing, has developed technology that provides proven benefits to the agriculture and crop growing sector.
Already with a growing list of clients in this domain – both in the UK and internationally – a Customer Success Executive is now required to proactively support clients in their usage of the product, and to help build long term relationships with said clients in order to promote further account growth.
The product is biotech related and also has an engineering element – prior experience in these areas is not required (training will be provided), that being said any sort of prior tech, science or engineering related exposure would be a bonus. However, just having an interest in these areas, and emerging technology in the food and sustainability domain, would be sufficient
With this being a growing a business, longer term career opportunities are ample – with opportunities to progress in terms of seniority in the customer success team, or pursue other routes such as business development.
