Responsible and accountable for addressing the learning and development needs of yourself, your Managers and staff and ensuring that these are reviewed against St Anne's service objectives, local Commissioning Plans, local contract requirements and changes in legislation. Recommend and identify organisational learning to meet expected changes in legislation to deliver on key quality outcomes for services.
Responsible and accountable for the Continuous Quality Improvement of the service provided within your defined management span, working with the Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement to exceed best practice in delivering high quality services.
Working with the Business Development Department to measure social value and understand how it contributes to business success.
Proven experience in a senior operational role within adult social care.
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Financial acumen and experience in resource management.
