As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll be the detective of our recruitment team, playing a crucial role in finding and attracting top-notch candidates.

Here’s a snapshot of your daily adventures:

  • Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and messages to gauge their interest.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates, complete with insightful notes and recommendations.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Arrange interviews and coordinate with both candidates and clients to ensure a smooth process.
  • Keep our candidate database updated with accurate and relevant information.
  • Track candidate progress and maintain records of interactions and feedback.
