~ As an Access Validating Agency (AVA) licensed by the QAA, we design, validate, quality assure, and award the Access to Higher Education (HE) Diplomas, in addition to offering Pre-Access qualifications in partnership with the NOCN Group. Thousands of adult students enrol in our courses each year through our members nationwide.
We are seeking a Director of Quality and Development to maintain and enhance CAVA’s operational and service standards and to develop our Access to HE Diplomas. The role is pivotal in translating regulatory requirements and strategic aims into effective operational plans, overseeing quality systems, and managing compliance. Interview date: 27 September 2024 (in person - at the CAVA office, Cambridge)
