Project Architect, 5yrs+ post qualification, with previous experience in this role on medium size buildings preferred :
In this role you will be the centre for all project information essential to the delivery of our architecture, often client facing as a result of having that unique understanding of the project constraints and opportunities. Regulatory compliance and technical delivery are aspects you will need to be highly familiar with, as well as a hands-on approach to problem solving.
Less critical, but still highly beneficial is experience in multi-unit residential schemes including high rise / HRBs.
It is expected you will be fully conversant in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in Rhino & Microstation beneficial. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English – particularly accurate and clear written English - are essential, alongside flexibility and agility within role and across projects seen as highly valued attributes.
