Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Executive PA to join the team. Location: Manchester (Office Based) Salary: £30K - £35K PA Job Type: Full – Time, Permanent About The Company: Our client is a leading global law organisation that specialises in a variety of services across personal and commercial law. At the core of their values is their dedication to ensuring a personal approach to each of their clients and cases, which has been recognised by the industry through multiple awards. Due to their continued growth and success, they are looking to bring on board an Executive PA to primarily support the Managing Director, but also to provide assistance to the wider team. Executive PA – The Role: This is a new role for the business and will act as the right-hand person to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for co-ordinating diaries, arranging their attendance at networking events and conferences, as well as organising their correspondence (written and verbal). Additionally, it will also be responsible for the overall running of their office such as data management and dealing with incoming enquiries. Executive PA – Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and co-ordinate the Managing Partner’s diary. This will include arranging/confirming attendance at networking events
  • Deal with incoming enquiries including email, post, phone calls, often on behalf of the Managing Partner
  • Liaise with clients and other staff to ensure a smooth running of the practice
  • Manage the day to day running of the office
Executive PA – You:
  • You will have previous experience of working in an Executive PA role
  • You are a self-starter and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
