Are you a passionate Land Manager looking to make a significant impact?
I am seeking a driven and experienced Land Manager to join a dynamic team and fast growing Housebuilder in the South East of England.
As a key member of the Land team, you will play a key role in identifying, acquiring, and developing land led opportunities contributing to the groups growth and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Actively source and secure land parcels through various channels.
- Conduct due diligence on potential sites, assessing development potential and feasibility.
- Oversee negotiations and prepare offers for submission.
- Prepare Land Purchase Approval Packs for board approvals
- Collaborate with internal teams to align land acquisition strategies with overall business goals
Qualifications:
- MRICS status or relevant experience in the field
- Degree in Real Estate Management or related field.
- Proven experience in land acquisition from a private developer would be an advantage
- Strong IT and organisational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the planning system and regional areas.
