We are currently recruiting for a Divisional Parts Manager to join us at our Vertu Accident Repair Centre business.

This is a full time permanent position offering a basic salary of £45,000with an OTE of £55,000 , plus an excellent range of company benefits including company car, share incentive scheme and much more

This role will cover all of our Accident Repair Centres throughout the UK so will involve frequent travel and overnight stays.

As our Divisional Parts Manager you will be an integral member of our Accident Repair Centres team. The role holder is responsible for supporting the day to day running of the Parts Departments within the Accident Repair Centres. Duties include developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, developing strategies to increase sales and profitability of parts, providing cover and support to Accident Repair Centres where needed.

Utilising a sound knowledge of vehicle layout, parts catalogues and computer stock lists, the Divisional Parts Manager also ensures pricing structures are kept up-to-date and that stock control is always secure and well maintained.

It is essential that you are able to demonstrate a successful track record within a managerial position in a Parts Department. You must have strong leadership and people management skills, as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will also have excellent IT skills and attention to detail.

It is paramount that you demonstrates a genuine interest in serving customers and delivering high standards of satisfaction at all times..

You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
