This role involves representing my high-profile Utilities client and primarily working on a critical migration project to transition on-premises HR/corporate systems to a Group-wide cloud platform.

Lead Migration Projects : Oversee the migration of on-premises HR systems to the Group cloud platform, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless integration.
Project Leadership : Drive complex architecture projects to successful completion, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
System Analysis : Conduct thorough analysis of current systems, identify capability gaps, and work with Group architects to define the “AS IS” state and future integration plans.
Collaboration : Work closely with Group architects and delivery teams to ensure that the implementation aligns with the defined architecture and governance framework.


Strong background in HR systems and experience with migration projects desirable.
Project Leadership : Proven ability to lead and manage complex architecture projects, delivering successful outcomes.
Experience with SAP and cloud platforms is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of architecture principles and practices.
