We’re looking for an Assistant Bid Manager to join our growing Business Development team. You’ll support the Bid Manager and Bid Lead with sourcing and responding to tenders, producing high-quality proposals, and managing small to medium-sized bids end-to-end. It’s a role where you’ll learn quickly, develop your bid management skills, and play a key part in helping us win new business.

Support the production of bids and proposals, creating or sourcing content from across the business
Manage bid submissions for small to medium-sized opportunities through the full sales lifecycle
Coordinate stakeholders across Business Development, technical, delivery, and commercial teams
A genuine interest in bids, proposals, and the commercial world
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Team-player mindset with great relationship-building skills
Good IT skills across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Familiarity with public sector or commercial routes to market
