We have an opportunity for a Painter and Decorator for a 6 months Contract at our Hunters Down Care Home in Huntingdon,  Cambridge Maintenance team .  As a Bank Maintenance Operative you should be ageneral all-rounder with excellent attention to detail, a positive can-do attitude who enjoys working in a client facing role and can offer a great customer experience. Excelcare is a family-owned Care Home group established for over 34 years. We provide the highest standards of care to older people with a range of needs including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. 6 Months Contract, Salary: £28,570 per annum depending on experience and qualifications (Pro Rata)
~8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

As a painter and Decorator your role is ensure tall works are carried out to a high standard and provide the people living in our care homes a safe,
This is a customer facing role as such as you will be working within our residents' homes, painting and decorating rooms, paintwork, corridors, lounges, and pleasant environment
Adhere to Company policies and procedures paying particular attention to health and safety and fire policies. 
Be aware of legislation with regards to property and facilities to ensure works are compliant at completion. 
To undertake any additional training and development that would be beneficial for your own self-development.
A full driving licence for use in the UK is essential as well as  your own vehicle as there will be a need to travel to other homes in the region for projects or an emergency if required. Basic computer knowledge
Completion of an enhanced DBS (Criminal Records Check) as you would be working in the home of vulnerable adults.
