Armcon Limited is an employee-owned trust with a dedicated and reliable team located in Poynton, Cheshire. We work closely with clients to provide hassle-free solutions and keep customers at the forefront of our business. By designing innovative products and offering excellent aftercare, we aim to maximize productivity and minimize downtime for our customers. Our product range includes volumetric concrete mixers, precast moulds, Concrete batching plants and Silos, and a wide range of parts. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Aftermarket Salesman at Armcon Limited in Poynton. The Salesman will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales and customer support, including building and maintaining customer relationships, generating new leads, negotiating contracts, and providing product support and technical expertise. The Salesman will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of Armcon Limited. Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Product knowledge and technical expertise
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction industry or related field
- Availability to travel internationally, if required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
