Sales Manager, The Baby & Toddler Shows

Reporting to the Portfolio Director for the Baby & Toddler Shows ( we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with a passion for selling to new prospects and managing key client accounts. 

The candidate will have a very strong sales pedigree, ideally with experience in B2C or B2B exhibition sales or media sales. You’ll have a track record of strong sales performance including: high output, objection handling, negotiation, relationship building, problem solving.

Exceeding monthly and show sales targets - ensuring maximum possible delivery against sales targets through telephone, email and face to face sales
• Working closely with the marketing team to maximise sales opportunities and promotion
• Exceeding typical sales standards around behaviours and productivity
• Build relationships and contacts with new accounts to create new revenue opportunities
• Be able to develop and deliver accurate sales updates via weekly sales meetings 

Financial Management & Reporting

• Maintaining accurate records of sales process activity and reporting as required
• Assessing, monitoring and improving sales through the use of KPIs
• Providing weekly sales reports and pipelines
• Creating and managing sales budgets and providing accurate forecasts

Excellent telephone and face to face manner
• Excellent sales, planning and organisational skills
