My client are looking for an experienced Procurement professional with knowledge of reviewing contracts and the re-contracting process with suppliers.
My client are open to Procurement professionals from either a direct or indirect category background.
Other Procurement responsibilities will include:-
Collaborating with an executive and highly intelligent stakeholder community, ensuring procurement plays an integral part in the Firm’s aggressive expansion plans
Developing the Procurement sourcing strategy across the various categories to deliver measurable benefits to the Firm
Implementing the strategic sourcing process including stakeholder engagement, opportunity assessment, market and requirements analysis, establishing sourcing strategy, supplier selection & negotiation and contract/supplier management.
Strong tendering, negotiating across either Indirect or Direct categories and stakeholder management experience (including RFP, RFQ stages etc)
This will be an initial 3 month contract but with potential for continued extensions.
