Aramark UK is hiring a QA Manager to join our team at Northwood Headquarters. This site hosts five military command and control functions, including a NATO command headquarters, and serves over 2,000 senior military personnel from 30 nations, with more than 800 on-site bedrooms. Having recently secured the soft FM contract for an additional seven years, we are looking for a dedicated professional to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies and contract terms. The role involves managing quality systems efficiently, monitoring KPIs to ensure the successful delivery of contractual Standards of Requirements (SORs). You will work closely with the client and departmental managers to maintain the highest standards of contract, service, food safety and health & safety compliance. **Full security vetting is required for this role.****You must have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years to be considered for this role.** What's in it for you: Salary up to £40,000, DOE Pension scheme Life assurance Generous annual leave that increases in line with service, with the opportunity to buy extra Benefits app: access to 100s of discounts, online GP appointments, mental health support and our Employee Assistance Programme FOOD Opportunities to attend in-house events and try the culinary genius of our teams (we are a food business after all) A day in the life of a QA Manager: Ensure compliance with quality, safety and contractual standards Manage health & safety policies and audits Train and support teams in quality systems and KPI monitoring Maintain and enhance client and customer relationships Prepare and submit KPI and performance reports Support regional teams with hygiene, safety and HR-related needs Deputise for the Client Services Manager when needed Provide mobilisation support for new business gains in the region Maintain & develop client and customer relationships Participate in client reviews and audits You’ll be set up for success if you have: Previous management experience in the food services or retail industry Excellent numeracy skills and communication skills Food Hygiene Certificate Level 3 Health & Safety Level 2 (minimum) Knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation If you are applying for this role and you already work for Aramark, you must notify your line manager before submitting your application.
