Residential Recruitment are helping our client seeking a Deputy Manager to join their children's home. This home supports their young people, who display educational and behavioural challenges in a residential setting. This particular role is working off shift (doesn't involve sleeps) for a company with a great reputation within the childcare sector. This company have a solid history of supporting their staff and an excellent track record for the care of young people within their homes, making a positive impact in their lives. The young people you will be working with are seeking patient, caring & disciplined role models to join them in their place of residence - having these core values will help you integrate into the company & do well in an environment where a positive outlook & caring nature is paramount to success. A successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a previous track record of positive outcomes for the young people youve previously worked with, in addition to demonstrating a continued constructive level of support to colleagues and others around you to help get the best out of the team at all times. Being able to work from initiative is important to showing strong leadership in a Senior role. Suitable candidates will be encouraged to enrol on their Level 5 in Leadership and Management to progress internally. Starting salary of £30,000+ Shifts are on a 3 on, 3 off basis (10am-10pm) no expected sleeps with availability for overtime Clear progression plans. Regular updates with in-house Training and discussions about personal development. 25 - 30 days annual leave.
