Driver At Todd Hayes, we are very excited to be recruiting for a well-established, hugely successful and growing manufacturing company, based in Thetford. This is a full time, permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday 08:30

17:00, as a Driver Carry out driving details as listed below: Movement of chassis to and from sub-contract paint shops. Movement of chassis to and from IVA testing. Movement of chassis around the site as and when required for production. Moving vehicles to and from the weighbridge. Moving vehicles to and from PDI Additional responsibilities: Complete the Inspection and booking process on new chassis when delivered to site. Park the chassis in the relevant yards on site and organise into order of production requirement. Regularly checking around chassis as they are moved to ensure no damage has occurred and reporting if damage is found. Ensure battery isolator switches are turned off and/or batteries are disconnected when parking chassis for a long period of time; if the battery is flat ensure it is fully charged and then disconnected as above. Assist the business with driving details as and when required. Wash chassis as required and maintain necessary stocks of valeting materials. Skills Clean HGV Driving licence essential. Computer literate with Microsoft software. Organised and conscientious. Forklift licence ideal but not essential.
