A leading law firm is recruiting for a Court of Protection Solicitor with 8+ PQE to join its team in Merseyside and take a step up into a Head of Private Client & Court of Protection role.

This role is unmissable in terms of the immediate and longer-term progression available, plus its flexibility. You’ll also gain valuable experience of overseeing private client files, developing valuable technical and commercial skills for the future.

You’ll be able to enjoy a hybrid working package of 50%.

You will manage the caseload of a small team of Court of Protection specialists, plus a reduced caseload of work yourself (which is great if you would like to take a step up into a leadership role without stepping away from fee-earning completely).
