This innovative, award-winning and value-added food manufacturer is recruiting for an accomplished Strategic Account Manager and proven people manager to lead the B2B channel.

Be the B2B channel champion, working with large FMCG food manufacturers, supplying chilled and ambient products
Manage a team of 4 FTEs and support a high performance culture

Reporting to the Commercial Director, and regular updates with the main board
Proven FMCG experience of successfully managing B2B customers, ideally in the FTG market
· Cross-functional project leadership, effectively influence internally and externally
· Team Management experience and be exceptional Account Manager
· Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and a real growth mindset
