Key Requirements:
Experienced Healthcare Architect - Must have experience in all stages of healthcare design, planning and technical, from 1:500 concept through to 1:50's
Demonstrable experience of working on larger projects (£50m+) as part of a collaborative team.
Day-to-day leadership of smaller projects across all stages, from inception to on-site delivery.
Excellent programming, resourcing, and deliverables project management skills.
Working knowledge of updated Building Regulations, Health Building Notes, design standards and leading practice essential.
Strong Revit and BIM knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Track record of participating in Bids and BD is an advantage
Experience working across all RIBA stages
