Working alongside the Reinsurance business of a growing multinational insurance firm, you will provide highly visible and effective end to end recruitment solutions to find the best talent.
As such, a background in supporting front office clients is imperative to this role.

Spearhead new TA initiatives, in partnership with the Group TA COE and HRD, around emerging talent, inclusive hiring practices, employer brand, onboarding, and others as they arise
Work with senior stakeholders to build the TA team brand and encourage hiring managers to engage with the in-house TA team at all levels
Diagnose talent acquisition performance to build strategic and innovative recruiting plans that deliver on required hiring needs
Partner with leadership teams to understand staffing needs and priorities to develop both short-term and long-term recruiting strategies
Proactively build talent pipelines in line with hiring need and capability requirements
Collaborate with the HR team to review and refine the hiring processes to build a more consistent and scalable talent acquisition model for the reinsurance business
Be an employer brand ambassador for the group, delivering a first-class candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process for mid to senior level hires
Management and support of a TA Associate
Lead on strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, working with other CoE’s & HRBP’s, which align to the wider integrated HR Plan built to drive business growth and a high performance culture.
Utilise recruiting metrics and analytics to provide insights that support strategic decision making and improve the talent acquisition experience/process

Experience of partnering front office stakeholders
Management experience is desirable but strong collaboration and teamworking skills is essential
Ability to think strategically beyond the daily requirements i.e. support the HR Director and Group Head of Talent Acquisition on delivery of strategic initiatives and projects
A demonstrable ability to manage various stakeholder groups and shifting priorities
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, being able to generate a quality pipeline of candidates under tight time constraints
A minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 from home
