Budget Preparation: Prepare comprehensive budgets for residential projects, considering all aspects of construction, from pre-construction to completion. Value Engineering: Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions without compromising quality. Procurement: Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing materials, obtaining subcontractor bids, and negotiating contracts to ensure competitive pricing. Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures against budgeted costs, identifying deviations and implementing corrective measures as necessary to ensure financial objectives are met.
