Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Framework Director to lead one of our major water frameworks. This pivotal role involves shaping and driving our water-related projects, ensuring excellence in delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. As a Framework Director, you will play a critical role in advancing our industry and creating lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute strategies for water-related frameworks, aligning with GHD's vision and business goals.
- Client Engagement : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Project Oversight : Oversee major water frameworks, ensuring successful project delivery, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, environmental specialists, and project managers.
- Business Development : Identify growth opportunities, lead bids and proposals, and contribute to business expansion.
- Industry Influence : Represent GHD at industry events, conferences, and forums, advocating for sustainable water solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven Track Record : Extensive experience working on major water frameworks within the UK.
- Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, driving successful project outcomes.
- Client-Focused : Strong client management skills, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of water sector trends, challenges, and innovations.
- Collaborative Approach : A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Target Cost Working : Demonstrated experience in managing projects within target cost frameworks, optimizing resources while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Wessex Water Collaboration : Familiarity with working alongside Wessex Water, understanding their processes, requirements, and collaborative approaches.
- Framework Environment : Proven success in operating within a framework environment, leveraging standardized processes, and achieving project goals.
