Our client is seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineering Team Lead to join their team in the Tyneside area. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6-8 engineers in the delivery of control system upgrades for electrical power transmission and distribution infrastructure.
Manage, lead, and coach the Transmission delivery team to ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and on time
Ensure compliance with customer technical specifications on all projects
Develop, implement, and quality control the control systems delivery processes
Manage resource and project allocation for the team
Minimum HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
Proven track record of leading a multi-skilled engineering team
Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous improvementThis is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to work remotely 2-3 days per week.
