Solution Architect – Loan Account Migration

Location - Knutsford/Northampton Hybrid - 2 days in office

Rate - 5000/Day (Inside IR35)(Via Umbrella) (non negotiable)

Years Experience - 5-10

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and implementation of loan account migration solutions: Design and document end-to-end architectures for migrating loan accounts, encompassing cards & payments, application integration, acquiring, and issuing.

• Drive successful solution delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and Bank strategy.

• Champion key capabilities and technologies: Own the roadmap and direction for assigned capabilities/technologies, guaranteeing ongoing support and adherence to Bank standards.

• Ensure project governance: Oversee projects to ensure compliance with architectural principles and strategies.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships: Foster successful communication and collaboration with senior business stakeholders at all levels.

• Maintain a collaborative technical network: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the CTO, Transaction Cycle Architects, and other technical peers.

Technical Expertise:

• Loan account migration expertise: Possess in-depth experience in designing and executing loan account migrations, with a strong understanding of the associated challenges and considerations.

• Enterprise architecture: Demonstrated experience defining and documenting enterprise-wide technical solutions for complex systems.

• API architecture mastery: Extensive knowledge of application and API architectures, including RAML, SOAP, and related technologies.

• Service-oriented architecture (SOA): Solid understanding of SOA design principles, service definition, and web service implementation, including securing external APIs.

Good to have:

• Proven IT delivery program execution: Demonstrated ability to lead substantial IT delivery programs effectively from initiation to completion.

• Solution/Enterprise Architect certifications: Possess relevant certifications like TOGAF or BCS, further solidifying your architectural expertise.

• Java/Java Enterprise knowledge: Proficiency in Java/Java Enterprise technologies, providing a valuable advantage in this role.
