We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant specialising in non-verbal Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to join our supportive team at a modern community school in Collindale, London. This full-time role requires a compassionate individual to provide tailored support to students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ensuring they receive the individualised education they need to succeed. You will work closely with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), monitor student progress, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Building strong relationships with parents is essential to ensure the best outcomes for our students. Experience working with non-verbal children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Relevant qualifications in education or special educational needs desired.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Provide one-on-one and group support to non-verbal students with ASD.
