As an Occupational Therapist, you will work collaboratively with clients to develop and implement personalized plans that empower them to live meaningful

and independent lives within their communities.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments using a strengths-based approach.Develop and implement intervention plans to address clients' physical, sensory, cognitive, or emotional needs.Provide support and education to clients and their families.Collaborate with other professionals from healthcare, social services, and the voluntary sector to ensure coordinated care.Participate in professional development activities to maintain clinical skills and knowledge.Qualifications and Experience:Qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).Experience working in a social care, health, or community-focused setting.Strong assessment skills with the ability to create person-centered and appropriate plans.Familiarity with moving and handling equipment and techniques.Knowledge of medical conditions and their impact on individuals, families, and caregivers.Understanding of relevant legislation, including the Care Act and the Mental Capacity Act.Valid UK driving license and access to a car are required.
