Year 4 Teacher (Full-Time) - Lancaster (LA1)

A primary school in Lancaster is seeking a passionate, hardworking and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team in September 2024. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality education and nurturing the growth and development.

This position is to start in September 2024 for the full academic year (2024/2025)

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of KS2 children.
Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to facilitate children's learning across all areas of the KS2 curriculum.
Assess children's progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of their achievements.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support children's holistic development.
Uphold the school's policies and procedures, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment for all.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in the EYFS phase.
Ability to plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that promote children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
