Alexander Steele Recruitment is supporting a food manufacturing business in Edinburgh as they are looking to appoint a Production Manager.
Bonus
~ Monday – Friday – 40 hours per week
~29 days annual leave


You will have responsibility for the management and operations of their skilled production, packing and dispatch teams. Production Manager Responsibilities:
Implementing the site training plan
Helping with HR and payroll administration
Managing annual leave and sickness absence
Managing and monitoring traceability of all raw materials and finished products
Maintaining the site QMS and HACCP plan, and ensuring the site meets all food safety/legal and quality requirements
Responsible for food safety/legal and quality decisions
Managing & monitoring CCPs
Helping with the NPD process
Managing Food Defence & Authenticity – TACCP Plan

You must have food manufacturing experience
An already well-established production manager or a supervisor who is looking for their first management role
