This regional firm with offices throughout Sussex and Kent is forward-thinking, progressive and modern. Due to continued growth is now looking to bolster its Legal 500 ranked department with the addition of an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (4+ years PQE) in Brighton, East Sussex.

Working alongside several highly regarded Partners, you'll have exposure to a range of high quality private client matters whilst working in a fully supportive and flexible working environment.

The Firm and Role

  • The firm has a long and rich heritage; this combined with the fact that they are modern and progressive as a firm, means that they have a rich influx of referral work and clients built from expertise that has seen them ranked as leaders in their fields
  • Their Solicitors and Partners have collective experience and expertise that has put them at the forefront of the legal industry
  • A healthy investment in technology has also meant that they are ahead of the technological curve, as well as the legal curve.
  • The Private Client department has grown year on year and is highly ranked in the legal 500. They deal with a high quality of work, focusing on quality, with Solicitors dealing with manageable caseloads
  • The Private Client department is currently thriving, they deal with a varied caseload, often acting for HNW individuals, company owner's entrepreneurs
  • Your role will be to handle the full range of private client matters including Estate Planning, Wills, LPAs, Tax and Trusts

The ideal candidate:

  • You will be a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner (4+ years PQE)
  • You will have good experience of managing your own high-quality private client caseload
  • Energy, drive and enthusiasm are key
  • Excellent communication and client care skills are necessary
