Continuous Improvement Engineer If you are an experienced and passionate Continuous Improvement Engineer or CI Coordinator who can champion a culture of continuous improvement across all areas of a large manufacturing facility, then we would love to hear from you. We have a great opportunity, if you have the interest in the role and the experience to offer. Main Responsibilities: You will be responsible for implementing and leading continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve key metrics in safety, quality, time, and cost. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, define and scope projects, and implement lean tools to improve. Train, coach and influence others and, acting as a Change Agent, champion continuous improvement efforts throughout the organisation. Partner with leaders to identify improvement opportunities, develop solutions, and support building the business case. Facilitate Kaizen events and shop floor improvement activities. Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing. A strong understanding of manufacturing systems, quality tools, and their application. Thorough understanding and knowledge of Lean principles and tools (Kaizen, 5 Why, 5S, TPM, etc.). Proven experience leading Lean system implementations and improvement activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organisation. Strong coaching and mentoring skills, including stakeholder identification and management. The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing. A strong understanding of manufacturing systems, quality tools, and their application. Thorough understanding and knowledge of Lean principles and tools (Kaizen, 5 Why, 5S, TPM, etc.). Proven experience leading Lean system implementations and improvement activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organisation. Six Sigma Green Belt certification (if not, willingness to train)
