Position Overview: We are seeking a forward-thinking, self-starting Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrate the ability to think strategically and execute on long-term objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Sales will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our sales initiatives. The successful candidate will embrace the challenge of building and managing a high-performing sales team, while also driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales organisation. This role requires a long-game approach, with a focus on sustainable growth and the ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing sales team.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop integrated sales and marketing strategies that maximise lead generation and conversion.
• Implement and optimise CRM systems to streamline sales processes and enhance customer relationship management.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance metrics to senior management.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team.

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in startup or scale-up environments.
• Experience implementing and optimising CRM systems; familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
