TA Assistant

Educate Group are seeking warm and dedicated Teaching Assistants to provide learning support to students across various Primary schools in Shropshire and Powys.
As a Teaching Assistant (TA) you will work closely with class teachers to assist students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, explaining concepts, facilitating engaging activities, and enabling their educational development. Other key duties include managing behaviour challenges, and helping prepare useful classroom resources. We welcome passionate TAs of all experience levels - from those just starting out building their skills, to expert assistants seeking new challenges. Full and part-time roles available.

Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
Create a positive learning environment, providing support during activities.
Help with administrative tasks.
Follow school policies and procedures.
Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:
Experience working with children or young people would be beneficial.
Registrations required to be a Teaching Assistant:
You must register with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) to work in Wales.
All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, as we cannot offer a work permit to any applicant or facilitate work permits for any vacancy on behalf of one of its clients.
