As the Assistant Bar Manager/Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in
our bar's reputation for excellence. Leadership: Lead and inspire the bar staff to consistently deliver impeccable service and uphold the establishment's standards of excellence.
an in-depth knowledge of mixology, craft innovative cocktails, and ensure that all beverages meet our stringent quality standards.
Train, mentor, and empower the bar staff, ensuring they are well-versed in our menu, service protocols, and responsible alcohol service.
Inventory Oversight: Manage the bar's inventory, including ordering and stock control, to
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assessments to
the bar's unwavering commitment to excellence.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant legal requirements, including health and safety regulations and alcohol licensing.
Financial Management: Collaborate in setting and
the bar's budget, effectively managing costs, and maximising profitability.
Proven experience in a similar role within an upscale restaurant or bar environment.
Profound knowledge of mixology, cocktail crafting, and beverage preparation.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with pertinent laws and regulations governing the service of alcohol.
