Business Change Manager

We're working with a government department who are looking for a Change and Business Improvement Manager to join them

You’ll be supporting this organisation with an ambitious roadmap to enable them to deliver on a 10-year strategy, and you’ll be joining a team that is integral to delivering major digital and business transformation initiatives.

Specifically, the role is focused on business architecture and design, and implementation of new operating models, as well as improvement in organisational design.

Ideal experience:

  • Organisational design
  • Some digital experience is necessary
  • Process mapping and process improvement
  • Target operating models

Duration: Til end of March (potential extension)

Day rate: £650 (inside IR35)

WFH policy: 2 days/week in an office (several based around the UK, not London)

Worth noting onboarding can take a few weeks in case that ties in with your notice period.
